Place Description: The Amore hammer mill for 1-2 ton per hour with our triple reflex hammers that out performs and outlast products.  The unit comes with a screen below that is wedge wire with a 500 micron aperture, motor is a 7 HP Diesel motor with 3 belt B section pulley. The unit uses 20 individual hammers each made from 18% manganese with a rotary design that allows the hammer to last up to 36 times longer than conventional hammers. Weight of 1 hammer is 4.01kg, the mill uses 20 hammers in total that’s just over 80kg per set, impact force of 12kg per mm2. The reason your hammers will last longer than traditional hammers: the hammer is a star type with a 6 faces, the hammer is manufactured by adding 18% manganese which allows each face to last 6 times longer than normal carbon steel.
